STRUCTURE

It has a structure consisting of many pieces, all made of galvanized steel and using a pressing and hydraulic pressure system, which includes the following components:

Bases: made of pipes with a lengths of 50 cm, 60 cm, and 40 cm, depending on the type of house.

Columns: made of 2-inch pipes with a thickness, with 17 posts per line, it is used for the dome houses and agricultural halls.

Arches: Made of 2-inch diameter pipes, The arch consists of two pieces, with different numbers of arches depending on the type and length of the house.

Strengthening supports: made of 1-inch diameter pipes, installed longitudinally between each brackets to connect the brackets together; Strengthening supports made of 1.5-inch diameter pipes with a thickness of 1.5 mm are also installed at the front and back of the house, which act as windbreaks for the house to protect it.

Crop holder: made of 1-inch pipes with a thickness of 1.5 mm, and each stand is supported by 3 columns. A crop holder made of 1-inch pipes with a thickness of 1.5 mm connects the crop holder to the roof of the house.

Clips: All clips used in installation are made of galvanized sheet with different thicknesses and shapes in order to connect the structure and eliminate the need for welding.

Wires: These are tension wires with a thickness of 2.5 mm, with 28 lines for a regular house and 24 lines for an upright house.

Doors: The house is provided with a double-shuttered door with dimensions of 220 x 220 cm. It opens to the outside and is covered with fiberglass or polycarbonate.

Bolts: galvanized, 10 mm thick, of different lengths.

COVERING

Plastic cover: Plastic is considered one of the most common types of greenhouses covers. It is characterized by a thickness of up to 200 microns, which gives it effective resistance against ultraviolet and infrared rays. What distinguishes it is that it provides an ideal environment for plant growth and is considered an economical option for farmers who seek the lowest costs.

Fiberglass cover: High-quality fiberglass, made in Italy, specially designed for agriculture, as well as a factor against ultraviolet radiation.
Its specifications are as follows:
Light transmittance rate 87%, color transparent, thickness 0.8 mm, cold resistant, temperature resistant from 40 to 140 degrees Celsius, specific density 1.4 g/cm², uniformity in thickness, accuracy in waviness meters.

Polycarbonate cover: Italian-made polycarbonate of high quality, 6 mm thick, treated specifically for agriculture, as well as treated against ultraviolet rays. It is characterized by high light transmittance of up to 90% and has a longer lifespan compared to fiberglass and plastic.

Green shade netting: It is a green shade net made of high quality, national manufacture, and the permeability rate ranges from 60% to 90%.

COOLING SYSTEM

The cooling system works on the basis of humidifying and cooling the air after it passes through the water-soaked cooling cells located at the back, and suctioning it using fans installed on the opposite side. This system consists of:

Cooling cells: National cooling cells are installed in sizes 180 cm.

Cooling sheet: Under the cooling cells there is a water channel made of galvanized sheet, 10 cm wide and 6 meters long

Fans

Heating system: The heating system works on the principle of fuel combustion, using hanging heaters that operate on electricity and diesel, where there is a combustion furnace from which hot air rushes to the end of the house from the fan pushing the heater. The hanging heaters were chosen to avoid the effect of thermal radiation that comes from ground heaters on plants, especially those adjacent to the heater, and to increase the agricultural area used, as well as to keep them away from irrigation water.

CONTROL SYSTEM

Thermostat: used to adjust and read the temperature, 1 tablet.
Control panel: The entire house is controlled through the control panel for the cooling system, pumps, and all the devices mentioned.
